The SchneeSchmelzer, as the epitome of winter, got its name because it gets so much to do in the punch workshop every winter that even as an imposing snowman, it sometimes breaks into a sweat.
He takes care of another classic from the punch workshop, namely the original Erbendorfer mulled wine. The real Bavarian Advent mulled wine has been made for decades according to an old house recipe from fiery red wine and classic Christmas spices.
